I don't need all the features of creation, can you remove them to make it simpler?
Yes, we can customise the creation interface entirely and can remove any features you don't wish to offer your users.
What to use different buttons? Don't want image-uploading? Need to restrict the resolutions of files? Creation itself
is completely customizable - whatever you need we can do it.
How long does it take to go live?
Approximately 1 working day. Your web developer will need to make some small changes to your website which should take no more than 2 hours. We will also provide telephone support to your developer.
Is there a minimum licence period?
Yes. It's 36 months.
How is the royalty billed?
We'll email you an invoice on the first of the month for products sold in the previous month. Around the 10th of the month, we'll charge your credit or debit card with the invoice amount.
Can I set my own pricing?
You can set your own pricing. You can use combinations of per side, colour, design, image to set your prices. The delivery charges will be added by your website.
Do I have to offer all the garments?
No, you can choose from our library of 65 of the industry's most popular products. We can also add new products for a small fee.
How is the artwork provided?
We provide your ecommerce system with jpeg preview (any size up to 800px sq) so you can show them to your customers online or use them in house as 'job sheets'. Final output is SVG at actual size (tolerance 2mm). SVG files can be opened in Illustrator or CorelDraw. Original images uploaded by the customer can also be downloaded.
